AVCR & NEO Tuning

Hey does anyone know how to tune these things i looked over the tuning of the neo and i set the basics four cylinder etc.. but then i went to take it out for a small drive and as soon as i hit 2200 rpm i hit a wall no boost for me... so i parked it.. what am i doing wrong... what settings do i need to adjust.. any help is greatly appreciated..

Most likely the MAF in/out setting, if you've yet to touch any adjustments yet.

ya i didnt know how to adjust that so i left.. it anyone wanna help me get it set up??? its worth a six pack or i dunno whatever.. lol
