Any vanilla isolate protein with Gatorade. See if that helps. I use Pro-ISL w/ grape Gatorade.

I put on about 50 lbs and dropped a lot of fat using Optimum.

Its pretty cheap and has Isolate as the main ingredient and BCAAs

Optimum Nutritution is the best selling and is great. Tastes awesome, BCAA's and high protein per serving. Here's a link:

For slow release, like a before bed kind of thing. Syntha6 is great.

Make sure you take the protein, pre-workout and post- workout. Meal replacements shakes are great too.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey has been the top selling Whey protein for years. I used it for 5 years; however, I've switched to a higher quality protein called Isopure. It's a more pure form of protein as it's an isolate instead of a concentrate. Optimum Nutrition is extremely cheap and a great bang for your buck.
