I am looking to get my car painted, its a Fiero with moderate fading and a few minor cracks and chips. I was quoted $2800 for a triple stage black with clear coat which includes body work and primer.

I have never painted a car or had one painted before, so I was curious if that is a reasonable price for the entire car? Thanks for any input.

That sounds like a good deal..is this in someones garage?

Its around $450/panel for refinish. This usually wont include body work.

Yeah its in a friends garage, but he paints for a living and has quite a bit of experience. Thanks for the help. So 450$ per panel would be from an actual car place or a local garage?
