My ex had a huge lot on bow crescent and it came by quite often but you blank it out pretty quick. I sure didn't mind it and it was about a 30 second walk to the tracks(of course there's a fence).

Yeah it is, hers wasn't on the river but fuck it was a nice yard. Huge trees everywhere and fire pit. The back was so big they actually stop mowing at one part and it's like a little 50-100 foot forest then the fence. Pretty sure the houses on the river go for millions.
