this didn't happen to me, but im just curious.. last time these 2 guys i know got in a fight, then someone called the police and said comeone had a knife. so the cops came and searched almost everyone who was there. they put them up on the wall, but while searching, they started feeling around...down there. so i was just wondering if they were allowed to touch you down there? so my friend said if a cop ever touched him down there, he'd slap him, so can he?? :dunno:

i believe they need probable cause to do a search. If they don't have that and a search is turned down then i don't think they can continue.
