Question for our Beyond real estate agents...
Have you ever used or been asked about www.charitybegins.com? It sounds like a place where someone either buying or selling registers with the site and then when their house of bought/sold, a portion of the agents commission is donated and the registrant gets a tax deduction.
Any thoughts or elaboration on the process. It seems good in theory, but money has to be coming out of someones pocket somewhere.....
