And even when it's a season behind you don't get the full show as with all the commercials inserted, you miss out on some of it as it gets cut. Sometimes it's lame bits like the star in a reasonably priced car, the news and other times it's in the middle of good segments.

Yea it should be a full 60 minutes since the BBC doesn't do adverts while the show is running (just before and after for other BBC shows).

Just download it off torrents, the episodes are usually up a few hours afters it aired.

Not positive but other people mentioned 'no HD this season.' I only watched a few & even then it's an .avi or something of them and they usually have that widescreen/ letterbox look so you'd think it was HD. The show has a good look that deserves it though.

Nope... I wish they did have them in boxsets but not for Top Gear.

You can get the odd Top Gear DVD like the challenges or the special episodes like the Winter Olympics one. And then they have some Top Gear DVD's which are brand new, they dont feature anything from the show (Revved up is the latest one). And there a few really goof Jeremy Clarkson DVD's too.

F430S wasn't released then! most of Top Gear's cars are customer cars.

This confused me 2 but then I figured it out. He said "hello were, back, unless your watching this as a repeat."

So then i think he was referring this new season 11 as if you were watching it as a repeat after the summer.

Because he said, "If you are watching this as a repeat, then lets see what we did in the summer of 2008"

It was a joke. Clarkson was saying that if you were watching the episode as a repeat on Dave (channel) then the montage would be a recap instead of a preview. Because, theoretically, S11 will someday be repeated on Dave.

Agreed, it was an apples to oranges comparison and a little bit deceptive - the Prius is only effective in stop and go traffic where its regenerative braking can help offset all the stopping and going. Although they did make a good point in how environmentally destructive it is to mine an refine the nickel used in the Prius' batteries.

I thought what was pretty honest of them was as much as they criticize speed cameras, they stop at calling it a cash grab on the part of Government, and pointed out that taxing Simon Cowell generates as much revenue as speed cameras do...
