another ticket question: no license

hey guys i got pulled over today... fI#$%@$

my bad really

just wondering if having no license is gonna b a thing worth fighting for.... it musta dropped out at work or something and i couldnt find it.. i make sure every morning i have it with me before i go to work.. work construction .. mighta fell outta my pocket

should i fight this?! or try to reduce it

YES!

Head there first thing tomorrow morning and speak with the crown and SHOW them your liscence.

happened to a friend of mine last year, she went to court the next morning to prove that she had one and the ticket was reduced by alot!

The officer usually says something to that effect; if you bring the license in and show that you do in fact have one, they should reduce the fine.

Just leave it .....It's not worth the time you have to take off work to go fight it :dunno:

is it "driving without a license" or just "failure to produce" ?? cuz the cop can look you up in the system and just bill you for failing to produce it
