Beyonds Worth...

I was looking at a thread a while back and people were discussing how much Beyond is worth.. Anyways, I found a website that tells you the approximate amount of revenue that it is bringing in and its worth.. http://www.websiteoutlook.com/www.beyond.ca
Damn, that is a hell lot lower than I expected..
...and then there is google @ 1.2 billion lol

It's low because we bring in very little in terms of revenue on purpose, just enough to pay the bills and provide a free service. We don't load the site with intrusive ads, we don't work with any web advertising firms (other than google ads), so to these analysts it shows very little revenue, thus low valuation.

We've had 6 figure offers to sell the site and we've turned them down, so that gives you an idea of how much the site's worth.

BTW - if it says google's site is worth 1.2b, compare that with google's market cap of 176b to give you an idea of how website valuation sites undervalue the whole deal.

Yeah, I figured the numbers wern't very accurate at all. But none the less, kind of neat.
Also, good on ya for keeping beyond free from lame unwanted ads.
