Description : For sale is this immaculate 1991 Mercedes 500SL. It is equipped with an extremely rare Lorinser Package. which includes Lorinser Bumpers and side skirts, Lorinser 18" Wheels, Lorinser exhaust, suspension dropped about 1.5 inches. It also has factory HID headlights, a very rare option for its vintage. It has a removable hard top with retractable soft top and retractable roll bar. There is recent maintenance including new fuel pump, new fuel filter, new battery, new air filters, new accessory drive belt, new belt tensioner, oil and filter and new brakes. I have receipts for everything. There is only 57XXXKm on the car, it is in exceptional condition and drives very strong. You can be assured that it is mechanically sound, this car is supper clean and a Joy to drive.

Hey guys. I imported this car myself (who is cocoabrava?). I hired a private broker, told them what i was looking for and they inspected this car for me in Japan before i bought.
Why am i selling? I just got in a little over my head with this car, it all sounds cheap when you see that JPY price but now i'm in over $20G's. I have a 1 year old son and i just don't have the time (or the cash) for her. Now is just not the time, others with children can understand where i am coming from. I will get one another time when it works better for me, but until then i will have to sell her. I'm not your usual overnight "Flip that car" kind of guy. I bought this car for me and i have well over 60 hours into this car getting it just perfect. When the car landed, it was super clean, and was obviously taken care of (that's what i payed the broker for!). As of now, it runs great, EVERYTHING works, and it's gonna hurt to see it go. As far as mods, the Lorinser Package (bumpers,side skirts, 18" wheels, exhaust, suspension) was all done in japan way before it was sold to me. As far as all of the maintenance i have listed, It was all done by me in the last couple of months. It drives amazing. It has been listed in the Auto Trader as well, not sure how long it will take to sell since there seem to be an awful lot of these for sale but i can bet my life savings that mine is better than at least %90 of them.

Oh, sorry for the bump thing, i had no idea. It's just that in one day alone it ends up 3 pages back so i thought i was doing the right thing. I will scale back the "BUMPS"
