Don't want to share with anybody, but if its a 2 bedroom will get a buddy to live with me (maybe)

must be nice and clean, private entrance preferred
close to C-train is a huge plus****
parking must be available
ensuite laundry must be available

nothing over 900 w/ utils included

don't care if its a bsement suite as long as its clean and decent looking. =)

no bug problems either
