Any of you uber computer dudes know how to find out who made a call using one of those "phreaking" websites?

My computer skills have been rusty since I got out of high school, and i keep getting voicemails from this ph#, pretty sure its one of my friends being a douche, i just want to find out who ;p

I was getting a call from the number: 873-2235 and when I pick up there is a clicking sound and no one answering. My phone was going off the whole day last Monday, pissed me off but glad now that it stopped
