$88!

Antec 900 Case (new)

do you have any socket 939 chips better then an x2 4400+ for sale?

Fiatman
06-27-2008, 09:14 AM
I'm expecting a 4800+ X2 back from AMD's RMA department in about a week, but I'll probably end up ebaying it as the market value on those is unjustifiably insane.

That said, I'd rather someone local-ish get it. The processor will be BRAND NEW, so make an offer keeping that in mind.

On eBay, used processors go from $150+ shipping to $300+ shipping....new ones are very rare and generally fetch over $300.

Or something like that. Much as I maintain She's not Human, I'm sure the mods would be pretty sticky on it.

Status on systems?

Fiatman
08-07-2008, 11:36 PM
Everything listed is still here, including the LG laptop.

I also replaced the 8800GTX in the Pummeler with another that has a Giant thermalright heatsink on it.

For ATI lovers, I have almost the same system, but with an ATI 4850, an Antec Sonata III and a single 1TB drive....that one's only $850!

Been too long since I updated this!

I've also got a sweet mini-atx X-pack case system with Q6600, ASUS hd4850, 4GB OCZ DDR2, and 750GB drive....PM me for more details on that...

this one.

I've also got a sweet mini-atx X-pack case system with Q6600, ASUS hd4850, 4GB OCZ DDR2, and 750GB drive....PM me for more details on that...
and any other mini itx you have

Fiatman
09-06-2008, 07:46 PM
That one! Oh it's got an XFX 630i/NF7100 board in it. The board itself has HDMI out, so even without the HD4850, it'd be a sweet home theater/downloaded movies type box. With the Vid card it does all that plus games excellently. Of course, right now it has No OS on it, I'd want to put Vista 64-bit something on it...

The other one I have is an AMD X2 6000+ system with 2GB RAM and an M2N-VM board in a really sweet white Silverstone case with a white Sony DVD burner....

punky
09-06-2008, 08:31 PM
how much are you looking for the XFX 630i/NF7100 board + cpu (<2ghz) + ram (1gb)? I was hoping it has integrated optical out, but i guess not. By any chance you have a external/lowprofile sound card that has optical out as well?

Fiatman
09-07-2008, 10:41 PM
Only CPU I have anywhere near only 2GHz is an E2180, and I do have a USB (SIIG Model US2331) sound card with optical out.....but I'm not really looking to gut this system for essentially just the MB.

Still, make me an offer for the board, Optical Sound card, E2180 and a Gig of DDR2-800. Yoou never know

punky
09-07-2008, 11:00 PM
could you send me a proper link on the mobo's spec again?
I searched around google, but i wasn't really sure if i'm looking at the right one.
I'll send you an offer after.

Not really intersted in micro atx, thanks tho.

Fiatman

Sorry I misunderstood, I can't see where I said any of them were mini-itx....I only told you about the one you were asking about.

There are some nice mini-itx boards out there, but I don't have em!

Fiatman

I know Greek, I mean I've got...well...probably a dozen, but they still all fit in one room!

As for LCD's I've got a 24" VisionQuest from staples (with 3 year warranty) and a Samsung 27.5" LCD with a 4 year future shop warranty...

Updaed with what's here and gone, now building another Pummeller....but even better!

[email protected] (it'll take 3.6, but why be greedy?)
Thermalright ULTRA 120 Extreme Heatsink (I'm actually running it fanless right now, but I'll pop a 12cm fan on before final stress testing)
eVGA 780i Tri-SLI motherboard
4GB Crucial Ballistix PC6400 @980MHz
2X XFX 8800 ULTRA Video cards in SLI (trying to decide wether to water cool or not, as they have the water blocks as well)
750GB Seagate 32MB cache drive
22X SATA DVD burner (Samsung)
Tsunami Dream case (silver/Aluminum)
800W Coolingwell SLI power supply
Windows Vista Ultimate
27.5" Samsung 275T LCD with 4 year extended warranty from FutureShop

Not sure of the price yet, I still have a couple of configuration decisions left to make....

how much do you want for the mini box with hdmi output?

Fiatman
10-25-2008, 08:26 AM
The only one I have with MB HDMI is the Quad core cube, and that's overkill for a media center. I could strip it down a bit tho and save you some cash-slower processor, no 3850, would chop a few hundred off...

teknical
10-25-2008, 11:38 AM
do you have any Athlon XP 3200+ processors? I'm looking at upgrading my old system, the mobo is an Asus A7n8X. I might be interested in a few sticks of ram as well, will that ram work with my old mobo?

Fiatman
10-25-2008, 03:26 PM
I do have a brand new XP3200, but it's going to eBay, as no one local in their right minds would pay what I'd get for it there. The RAM would definitely work on that board though.

Hey im looking for a cheap HTPC powerful enough for 1080p
If you have anything let me know

would also like to know if you have any cheap 1tb HDD's

Fiatman
01-08-2009, 12:51 AM
As for the i7 stuff, I can't get any better prices than you all see out there, same with 1TB drives....

As for the HTPC, the AMD X2 6000 Silverstone would be a good candidate, but I haven't tried putting it through that, as Ive never used any of mine as a full-on HTPC. It's certainly got a powerful enough CPU, but not sure about the graphics (reading up it seems ok, but not flawless)

Hope that helps!

I've got 120, 160, and 250GB drives left, all 5400 RPM and brand new. Given shipping to Calgary will be $10, my price ends up not being a giant amount better than MEmEx's if I have to ship just one drive. Of course if you're coming up to Edmonton anyways, that makes it even cheaper!
