My girlfriend has an interview for a Super Sales Agent position and i was wondering if anyone can let us know what kind of questions will be in the interview. The phone interview she had went really well and the guy told her to be prepared for a lot of behavioural questions.

Also wondering how much money can be made through the incentive program as the base wage seems low for a company of its calibre.

Westjet pay is low, people work there for the perks.

The SSC is a really tough gig. The callers can be abusive - there is no support from the "Team Leaders" They monitor everything you say and do, you have to be on the phone for 90% of your shift. The call centre is 24 hours so expect shifts all over the damn place. They pay is low and you have to stay in the Call centre at least 6 months before you can transfer to another department.

Now if she can make it through the 6 months and get into a better department, thats good - again expect lower pay.

WestJet - it's not that great.
