i'm not sure what years they came in but a co worker told me he had a 1977 datsun back in the days. so i am just looking for one. must be running and in decent shape.i believe they are also called 280z? not too sure

Good luck finding one that's not rusted to shit, especially the floorpans, and it's unibody. Fun little cars, I love those damn things and the I-6 sounds so sexy. Really tho you gotta tube it out and put an RB26 in there, maybe with the AWD drivetrain too... Or you could put a smallblock V8 in there, that's very popular. Plenty of Z car sites out there. They are "collector" cars though and not cheap unless you get lucky!

i know a guy who imports them from the US. problem is he is out east. and the price he is asking for one is not to bad, but considering you will still have to fix them up abit keeps adding to the cost.

What your looking for is any Z car from 1970-1978, the 240/260/280z all have their differences, but the body's are all the same, S30's.
Theres a seedy little used car shop on Ogden road, a couple blocks before blackfoot, the dude has like 8 of them just sitting there, some of them dont look to bad. if i remember correctly he had 1 or 2 280zx turbo's as well.
