Decrease the throw of your E30, E36 318, 323, or 325 by 33% using the E36 M3 shifter (according to understeer.com in the link below). These shifters are discontinued, but brand new according to realoem is $64.99 USD and would cost more than that because of BMW Gallery markup. Shifter has been on my car since brand new and I would have left it on there if I didn't get a killer deal on a short shift kit.
