True, but also why pay 500 for a phone used when its 500 new, or anyone with a new contract gets it cheaper. Plus I think rogers has a $100 rebate currently online, so its only $400 if i'm not mistaken...?

The price for a new N95 is $689.99 without contract. So around $725 with tax.

ah my bad, I was just lookin at the site and it only lists prices with a contract which would be $400 I guess, in which case good price for phone.
