Looking for someone to develop my basement

I am looking for someone on beyond who does basement developments. I could do it myself but it would take too long as I never have any free time. We are looking for someone to do the framing, drywall mudding/taping and possibly the finishing ie doors and baseboard. I have a friend who is an electrician so I can take care of that.

Probably looking at doing 2 bedrooms, wall around the furnace room, and rough in the bathroom. Rough floor plans have been sketched out. We will be taking care of getting the permit etc
