headlight bulbs

Hey,

Im looking at getting some bulbs for my car, I believe the ones I need are H4 9003x style. I hear different opinion of brand and what ones are good or bad, etc... I really dont know what's good

Any opinions on ones I should go with, I dont think I want them straight white, Im looking more for a blue tinge to them.
