Grew bored of my old one (pic in sig) so I sold it, and went with something a tad bigger this season. The heart of the system is a 60 trim Garrett TA3405. The manifold is a SPOOL tubular mani (my previous SPOOL log mani served me REAL well) and the downpipe is custom. I had it all coated with a new hybrid ceramic / titanium coating that's good for close to 3000*F. I like the color.

Had it on for a few days now, and since the engine only has about 1,000 KM on it I can't rip on it too hard, so boost is set at 7psi. Even there this thing pulls way harder than my old T3. (I can't wait to get the engine broken in and go for the dyno at 24+psi to see how it compares with 24psi on the T3 from last year. Engine is fully built top to bottom with Arias forged pistons and Pauter connecting rods. Ported and polished head and combustion chambers, cams, etc. Too much to list.

Anyways, on to the pics:

Ya that pic was from the "test fit" of the brakes, there was no engine in the car (hence no axles as you can see) and I had everything just finger tight.

Thanks! Ya not too many of us delve into Protege's, but there are some serious examples out there...
