LTR: Garage or workspace

I'm looking to rent a place to teardown/rebuild a motor, and then swap it into my old Fleetwood. Preferrably close to 4th Street & McKnight NW.

It's a big car, so I'll need a minimum of 10' x 25' of clean, level concrete floorspace. Must be secure so that I can leave tools there. Good ventilation, lighting, and a non-leaky roof would be nice too.

I plan to need at least a month; the way these things go, 3 or 4 months may be more realistic.

how much do u want to rent for cuz i have a garage in beddington its 31 berkley gate so i dunno if that is anyclose to you or not but i think its like a 5 min drive from where u wanted to go

I was hoping for something a bit closer, but that might work.

I don't know what 'the going rate' is, so I guess that's up for negotiation.

If that doesn't work out, I got one near 20 ave, just 4 blocks away from 16 ave and Sait if interested. My rate is $90 per month.
