just do them in japan camera they do perfect ones,
other ppl make em too dark or too light and then when you go to get your visa they reject it and you would have to go take another 1

Go to any studio within walking distance of Harry Hays. That way any re-dos are done faster. Whatever you do...do not go to Wal-Mart!

When i was renewing my passport i had mine taken at this little place in the NE. its across Canadian Tire in that little plaza. Right beside it is a Humpty's restaurant. For 2 pictures it cost $8.00 or something like that.

I think the place is called Express Copy or something like that

A lot of Wal-Marts have 1 hour passport approved photo centres too.

I've never had a problem with walmart. They are fast and cheap but I guess they could be busy depending on what time you go.

BTW...China visa's are a pain in the ass to get right now, I've heard a lot of reports of denied visas....good luck with that!

Ya let us know if you actually get your visa, or what happens to your ticket if you don't!

Shopper's Drug Mart is convenient, but you have to put up with having the picture taken by a fat and pimply cashier lady. I hate fat and pimply cashier ladies.

There's a little place on the outside of dragon city mall on center street, right next to the big houseware (aka rice cookers and tea pot) place. You don't enter through the mall but rather from the center street side walk. Never had a problem with them, the guy is super nice, no line, and the pics were developed fast. Not that far from Harry Hayes too which is a bonus.
