HAHA word! Take some summer classes. Your spelling is worse then a grade 2 student.

But seriously, resumes and cover letters with spelling mistakes are not taken very seriously.

Are you kidding me?
Go job hunting, everyone is hiring.

I quit my job on Saturday, got another one.
Big deal.

Get up, go out.
Go to the mall, drop some resumes.

talk to a staffing agency such as IS2. Or drop off resumes everywhere that looks decent, then wait for a few days and you should get a call back. Getting a job in Calgary is about as hard as getting a BJ from JRSC00LUDE mom

1) Grammar
2) Writing
3) Write

I don't anybody who would write "righting" for "writing", even on MSN!

Not really? Hahaha, well i guess most retail places do require them for previous experience, but places that hire masses of people usually just have an application for you to fill out.

It's funny, my spelling has gone down ever since I turned 18, now that I'm not in school and having to constantly read and write essays and other literature.

How do kids get through school without learning how to write properly? What the fuck do they do all day?

I admit, my "MSN typing" has screwed up some of my word processing in the past. I.e., accidentally typing u instead of you. But how do you confuse writing with righting :banghead:. Also, even if this is an online forum, if you're asking people to hire you or even just to refer you, you might want to make a decent first impression. Using propper grammer and spelling will go a long way...

C'mon man, you lecture on grammer and type a sentence that doesn't make sense. Good call

Umm, how does it not make sense?

I corrected 3 things wrong in his original sentence, then stated that I don't know anybody who would write "righting" instead of "writing"...and also that even on MSN somebody wouldn't write that...? (Just as "jsn" also said in his post).

I could spell and compose sentences better that the OP when I was in Grade 2.

Perhaps there is a reason he is in summer school?

Look how many losers came to pump themselves up by slamming a 17 year old looking for work  Good thing everyone resorted to the tired beyond rhetoric of picking on grammar and spelling. Some of you monkeys need to stick your dick in a vagina instead of correcting internet posts with your spare time.
