Autozeal will be changing locations in the month of september.

By Tuesday, Autozeal (16th Ave 2nd street NW location) will no longer exist.

Autozeal will have a short down time from a week to a month.

Autozeal phone lines will be up during the transition, 277-2977.

Pick ups and drop offs can be arranged for any one who has ordered or would like to order.

that is all..

if you have any questions pm me or "integ"

Move down to the south side, lol

SpoonEK9@STRD
08-31-2003, 11:22 PM
sugestions on a new location would be great... post up what you think is a good location!

why the move? 16th is expanding, going to loose walk-in customers from the 16th expansion. How? There will be no turns onto 2nd street, and they will be sticking up a meridian dividing both directions of travel. Its gonna make it difficult to get into the parking lot.

somewhere in the south :D

Not really a suggestion, but try a place where it is relatively easy to get in and out of. The place you are at now is kinda annoying to try and drive into, and if you miss the turn, it's impossible to turn around or very inconvenient to drive through the back roads to get back on track.

Ya down in the south. Maybe in the Chinook mall area. They have lots of warehouse bays and space open there.

I think the south would be the best. There are plenty of warehouse spaces in the Chinook mall area which I am sure would be great.

Yes, we all know that RPM is not there anymore. But that isnt stopping them from doing what they are really good at, which is bodywork.

CROWFOOT CROWFOOT CROWFOOT! You'd get to see my beautiful face every day. As much as I'd like that, it's probably not a good location because it's about as far from central as you can get.

i think u should go even farther south into like douglas glen inbetween there and mckenzie town, its a new business district and warehouses are popping up everywhere, it would be such an awesome place to start up again, i think atleast

Why is there any discussion about this? The foothills industrial area is the best place. Open late on saturday nights and stock up on neon lights and decals so the F&F racers will swarm the place

Good idea  lol. But we are looking for somewhere around chinnok i do believe. Beacause you are right turner works is the only thing down there but they mainly are into BMW's and whatnot. But a Location will be decided by the end of the week and we will keep you posted on the location and of course the BIG GRAND OPENING OF AUTOZEAL. Just keep listen to the radio and looking on here. Thank for all the help guys.

I think the idea is to get traffic friendly location thats less congested, and probably easily accessible. Also, not far out into the boonies, where people have to make it out of their way to get there. The current location was centralized, but didnt have room to expand into a garage or engine bay, unlike what TW and Strd has.

It would really put autozeal in a situation where they could become great if they chose to install/repair products on site other than the parking lot.

If they chose a location where theres some stores (food, merchadise etc) it would be great, because theres people walkin around.. so it doesnt seem so secluded. Whereas, if they chose some industrial storage facility, there would next to nobody but staff and dedicated customers around. The current location, although a bit of a hassle was great.. it had a main road, with activity and was in a mall that had people.

What sucks for me is, I had to get them to get me a new bumper (mine wasnt the right year).. but now Im stuck, cos my car is in the shop, and their in transition of moving.. so having my ride stripped at the shop for a over a month would suck!

jeevs!! aahh!

lotsa wh space in there... and TONS of new development

i work there, and its really easy to get to, and there are tons of vacant places around still

what would be really awesome is if they chose to renovate/lease a vacated gas/service station.. They would obviously need some storage space built, but everything else would be there in terms of service bays/showroom.

Idealistically, Chinook/area is the best place to be. Its such a busy place. And theres dedicated main roads. I the mall accross the street (next to home depot/office depot) has some vacancies..
Maybe try the little strip mall that the Skaters store is at. Rent might be cheaper too, because your moving out of the downtown area.

How about 17th ave have a display shop... and then have a warehouse.

^

They just said they have a location, i dont think their looking for anymore. Plus 17th ave is not fun to drive up and down, traffic, no where to park, hard to get to..woulda been worst then staying at same place, and having to deal with the problems they stated before.
