FS: E6550 cpu Board and Ram combo

I'm down sizing my computer. I have a Gigabyte GA-X38-DQ6 motherboard with E6550 cpu and 4G OCZ DDR2 800 ram. Board is used, but never overclocked or heavy usage. It worked flawless and never had a single problem with it. I have no manual or cd rom. Drivers can be downloaded from Gigabyte website. What you see is what you get.

$250.00 for the cpu, board and ram (which cost over $500)

$35 for the Praetorian case

The case does have sides, just took them off for the pictures. No scratched or bends.
