does anyone know any charities that take recyclables and would be willing to pick them up?

i remember when i was a kid, boy scouts would come around on a bottle drive and ask for our bottles. anything like that still around?

Somehow I think today's society would have issues with you handing smelly booze bottles to a 9 year old.

The boy scouts usually post signs saying they'll be in the area taking bottles. Search for your area and trying calling the closest group. They will definitely come and take the bottles. The little guys are persistent and will probably keep calling you each bottle drive! :thumbsup:
