I have a condo that I currently rent out and I travel a ton - so I can't get to the condo to fix little leaks and crap that come up as quick as I would like.
So, given the situation, there are two options:
1) Hire a property management company and have them deal with everything. Tenants call property co directly.
2) Hire a general handyman who can do everything from leaks to electricity to whatever. So, I call said general handyman to go out and fix-ify anything requiring maintenance.
Does anyone know of a good property management company?
Does anyone know of a good general handyman?
I would like to compare which option is best. Anyone have any experience with this?
