Fido.... $0.20/min anytime to any carrier/landline, minimum $20 top-up I believe to get the $0.20 rate.

Virgin Mobile...but its prepaid not pay as u go

$10/month gets you $0.10/min

I'm not too sure if there is a company that does rollover minutes so try to find one that does...

But if you cant decide, heres a blog that does all the comparisons

http://www.theblog.ca/pay-as-you-go

Also look into Solo Mobile, they're cards last longer than others...

When do they expire?

* $20 cards expire after 45 days
* $30 cards expire after 75 days

I use Virgin, lots of different pre-paid and month to month packages without contracts. Free features such as voicemail, call display.
I've been with them for at a couple years now, no problems.

I'm not sure if all do, but Fido sure does, as long as you top-up before the last expiry date from the previous top-up, you minutes/$ get carried forward.

they all have their give and takes

wouldn't do bell/telus cuz if you have friends that txt you you're gunna be SOL

rogers has a couple good plans. they also have the $100/365day card

i like 39cent weekdays / 1 cent weekends
i'm on auto saver (takes money from my CC automatically) so it's 31cent/1cent

if you get all day its 25cents first 5 min/15cent after
on autosaver it's 20/12 i think

or there's $1/day unlim wkd/ev, 30cent/min
on autosaver its 80cent/day, 24cent/min

fido has a unlim incoming at $1/day, 30cent/min out

you can get 7-11 speakout, where all cards are 365day expiry
i think it's all 25cent/min
if you buy $75 or $100 cards its 20cent/min

there's also petrocan, pcmobile and what not
