Hey guys,

So I'm not too sure if this is bad or not but they charge $225 + GST for 1 hour of small business consultation. Is this normal?

Because I was with PAN-Shah before and she didn't charge me anything for small simple questions, and even if I dropped by quickly to ask her things...

Or can anyone recommend me to an accountant that isn't so steep on prices.

I'm currently with EPR only because I was dealing with Pan-Shah before. Last year with EPR for me...service isn't so great and fees do seem to keep increasing year over year to point where I feel like its now a rip off considering I do most of the work for them.

I do have someone else lined up but before I refer you to them I'll have to ask them.

Yeah I was pretty rude to the CA when I was on the phone with him...

My questions were pretty much what he need in order for him to do the year end filing.

Then do have to charge Americans 5% tax?

and maybe give me some pointers for shipping expenses... Like you want to charge $225 for that? I have a pretty good idea but I want to hear it from a pro.
