I used a mortgage broker suggested by my realtor. Susie Broers with Pioneer West was great! [email protected]
She's been in the business for 20 years. She will be honest and tell you to not bother getting the mortgage insurance through the mortgage company.

We ended up getting the best rate through First National which is a mortgage only lender. Its been great so far. The web page is very accessible if you want updates on your mortgage.
