Whats the sickest engine swap you guys have ever seen??

The sickest one I have seen was a 2JZ-GTE swap into a 86 Toyota Corolla..the AE86 Trueno one...I'll try finding a pic of this..cant remember where it is...Oh wells I cant find it...

And cant beat that 2JZ-GTE engine in the Nissan Skyline R34 from Top Secret Japan

i saw a video on the internet with a first gen Tiburon that had a turbo charged engine up front with a secong identical turbo charged engine in the trunk/hatch part. The rear engine drove the back wheels which made for a twin-turbo-twin-engine all wheel drive Tiburon. Pretty cool!

Hennessey was selling a limited number of "PT Crushers". Essentially a PT Cruiser with RWD conversion, front engine removed, cargo space becomes a big engine bay with which to house a 500 HP Viper engine.

turbo 4g63's are almost a drop in for hyundai sonota's as well as a couple others. hyundai used the non turbo 4g63 in the first place, so it makes quite the nice sleeper

A 4G63 powered 1980 Porsche 911 ( euro model), 3S-GTE powered Supra, sp engineering did a FD3S with a 2JZ, a FD3S with an sr20 (kinda dumb imo), the windsor 350 v-8 in the focus was pretty wild, and the datsun 280z's running with a variety of chevy small blocks,is300's with the 2JZ's have been done more than a few times now but still awsome:bigpimp:

I've seen a crx with the stock motor up front and a huge blown BB chevy in the back, the car had 2 shifters, and 2 gas pedals.

so durring the day, he could drive around getting 30+ miles to the gallon all street legal on the original motor, and then when he wants to, he starts up the big V8 with no exhaust runs an 8 second quarter mile, then simply shuts it off and drives home.

now that is pretty pimped.

I saw a 4G63 in a hyundai excel, a 5L in a focus, and a supercharged LT4 powered 240zx made 480Hp to the wheels , and it did a burn out every time you shifted gears.

bmw e36 compact (smaller then usuall) with a m5 v8
a few years back H&H motorsports built it they called it the "HP"
they tested it around the nuremburg ring(sp?) and it smoked the rear tires all the way!(295 wide) in all the gears!
it was total sleeper

another good one was a twin engine mercedes A class

but the best of all was "rumor" some insane mofo put a porsche 928 v8 into a trabant "trabby" (east german two stroke car)

hey guys anyone been to pick you part lately? There is a 88 nissan 4x4 truck with a 3/4 chev diff on it, up front is another 3/4 ton diff and under the hood that has a painted cardboard scoop is whatlooks to be a BB 400 possibly an Olds/Pontiac motor! It is sick looking, and the front crossmember is cut to make room for the pulleys and stuff. total ghetto job. There is also atleast 6inches from the back of the firewall to the back of the engine. very sick 4x4 swap. oh and it is on a nissan chassis, using the same nissan leafsprings and u bolts! No wonder that thing is in Pick your part!:barf:

I have a 88 lx mustang with a t code 2.3l, t4/3 50 trim stage III and a 38x12x4 ic from a citybus running 24 psi. did a 81 regal with a 70 w30 olds 455 and now I have a 69 cougar with a 460 4sp. one of the nicest swaps ive seen is a 02 focus with a 02 cobra 4.6 supercharged and a t56.:eek:
