Unfortunatley i am selling my toy, bought a quad and need a truck.
It is a red 92 Mazda Rx7 (rhd) efini 1.3L tt. A little history on the vehicle. The vehicle was purchased from JDM source. The motor blew approx. 3000 km's later where it stayed in my garage for about 1 month. It was then taken to rx7 specialties where it recieved a brand new engine. The mods are as follows.
-Ceramic coated housings, street ported, new 2mm apex seals
- Oil filter, plugs and plug wires
- Racing beat catback exhaust
- Racing beat resonated mid pipe
- Power fc with commander
- Stage 3 clutch package
- Polyeurothane engine mounts
- All new vac lines, new water pump
- Aftermarket air seperation tank (AST)
- New fuel filter
- Custom Airbox
- New high flow fuel pup
- Machined flywheel
- Greddy Turbo timer
- Greddy BOV type RS
- Paralell turbo setup
- Huge top mount intercooler
- Greddy intake elbow
- Megan racing 32 way fully adjustable coil overs
- Dunlop 235/45/17 in the rear
- Yokohama parada 25/45/17 in the front
- Aftermarket wheels (unsure of the brand)
- Painted calipers
- Boost gauge
- Greddy pulley kit
- Relocated Battery in the trunk
- Full 1 gauge battery wire
- Atermarket red lugnuts
- Twin K&N filters
- Aftermarket deck
- Aftermarket front speakers
The good-> The car runs excellent, pulls exceptionally well, and yet is still doscile enough to be driven daily. Gets decent gas mileage (if you keep your foot out of it) and the car has been babied (fluids, waxes, you could eat off the engine bay). Since the re - build the oil has been changed every 3000 km's, rear diff fluid has been changed, transmission fluid has been changed, coolant is brand new and there is only about 9600 km's on the new engine.
The bad -> The car has some oxidation on the hood, roof and rear hatch. I have brought it down an incredible amount, and im sure a cut and polish by a professional would return the cars finish. The car needs a new idle air control valve, which im sure Adam from rx7 specialties would gladly take care of.
This car is in pristine condition and just waiting for a new owner. It has been one of the best running cars I have owned and I hope the future owner takes good care of it.
As for an odometer reading it sits at 130 xxx km's, but still only 9200 on the new engine so far.
The price? shoot me a reasonable offer, looking for somewhere in the neighborhood of about 16 000, but im flexible. No test pilots, and please no lowballs. I have invested at very least 25000 into this car (including the purchase of the car)
I would also consider trading for a truck (prefferably a colorado) so post what you have. I will post pictures as I find them.
