I probably missed a bunch of stuff but you guy's get the idea this car has not been abused and was owned by another member of this board.

Water pump, Timing Belt, and Balance Shaft Belt just replaced by dealership, $1200 job.

Current Problems
Needs upper engine mount, I’ve already replace the lower mount. Easy install and approx cost of $167.
O2 Exhaust housing gasket is leaking, gasket needs to be replaced. Fairly involved install but the gasket is cheap.
Passenger side front strut is starting to leak.
Tranny starting to grind on the 1-2 shift when cold. Synchros will need to be replaced eventually.
Battery should be replaced soon
