looking BMW bike

I am looking for a bike, but not a sports bike. I prefer a cruiser style bike (BMW style is nice. I am not really looking for a new bike as they can be very expensive. I am also thinking about a bike with at least a 600cc engine.

The used BMW bikes hold their value, so they will be more expensive (I don't know why, exactly, since they're pretty high maintenance).

I just picked up an '88 Vulcan 750 for $1300. The older cruisers are easy to get for fairly cheap.
