16-port Unmanaged Stand-alone Ethernet Hub

This is a rackmount hub designed for departmental connection. It provides 16 10Base-T ports, 1 BNC and 1 AUI. Jabber function is supported to prevent transmission of currupted data packets over the network. Extensive diagnostic LEDs are provided on the front panel. An uplink connector permits easy hub cascading through a normal straight-through twisted-pair cable.

Hey, can you hook up highspeed into that, and have it directed to all computers on your home network?

Yes you can but you'd need additional IP's from your ISP as well. that or you could put a single port firewall inbetween this and the high speed and have the firewall assign IP's. That's what we've done at our house and it works great. Allows us to use 16 computers at once which is great for Lan games and such.
