wtb 15" or 16" rims 4x100

hi i am looking for a set of rims either 15 or 16". Nothing to expensive but perferably not beat up either. I would like something in decent shape as i plan to paint them white anyway. If you have a set of white rims let me know would save some hassle for me for sure.

Bolt pattern 4x100
offset +42.

They will be going on my civic
