Anybody work at a BMW dealership on here?

having some issues with Calgary BMW, the service reps that i have been talking to haven't been very helpful or knowledgable. If anybody works at a BMW dealership as a service rep please pm me, it could benifit you ;)

And of course none of the service reps are ever helpful.

I've brought my car to them dozen of times the bill totalling over $8000 and they wouldn't give me a discount... and yes I had to haggle cause I'm Asian... I think its in our blood -_-

brutal service at both of them everytime I have gone
