Should I pay for it?

I've got an accident 1 month ago and that was totally his fault. So his insurance company's gonna pay me everything and the apprisal is approx 2100. But they ask me to pay $100. The reason is the right side of the front pumper is damaged from the accident, but the other side has some paint off and I have to pay $100 for that. That drives me a little upset. Should I pay for this?

why the hell should you pay for anything if the other driver is at fault? i've never heard of anything like this. :dunno:

They are not obliged to pay for damages that wasn't caused from the accident, so you should have to pay if you want it fixed. But........ bumpers are usually replaced when damaged because they are plastic, so any little paint chips won't make any difference at all.
