Radar works just fine in a moving car going opposite direction - however the fact they didn't mark "radar" and it was busy (radar grabs the larger target, not always the one you're looking at).

I'd definately talk to points or the guys here that do ticket consults - pretty serious if she loses.

How do tickets like this work anyways - isn't 50+ over considered automatic wreckless driving charge, or does the cop have to specify?

I think i heard 50 is possible suspension . . . but i'm not sure . . .

Firstly radar works fine even when the cop is going the opposite direction, I think it picks out the faster moving target and is quite accurate now. Secondly, 50+ is automatic court appearance. I don't think they even put a fine amount on there and some suspension if she gets hit with the full whack.

if there were other cars around the cop the radar would basicly show one number?? So that 170 might not be hers??
