Swap at 300k or fix problems?

My car has 300k on it and i think the timing belt and water pump are starting to go. It also blows white smoke under vtec.

Anyone know the cost of getting the headgasket, timing belt and water pump done? Or should i just get a b20 swap for around 1200 and call it a day?

300k of hard driving? Probably time for a new engine (and clutch)

I forgot to mention that the engine with 300k is vtec though..

If the body is in good condition, with minor rust then go for the swap

Or maybe a rebuild?
