What should someone expect from an employer if they are starting their MBA part-time this September? Anyone that has gone through this before, I would apreciate your feedback about what I should expect from my employer, and what your's provided for you (both financially and workload expectations).

Thanks!

Expect the time off for exams and such, but also expect them to want to see your grades. They may required a minimum GPA to continue paying for your classes.

Work load remains the same.

Depending on the company, they might not pay for it all either.

My company pays for half of my part-time masters and there's a contractual/written expectation to stay with the company for a certain amount of time based on how much they contribute.

Workload expectation is exactly the same. If you're getting paid to work full time, then they expect you to work full time. But if you're not salaried, you could probably just bill the hours you work.
