Noobish E-mail question.

My parents have their own accounts on shaw and use windows mail I believe...but when each of them logs in, all the previous messages that were already there from the other user as well remain there and the new emails get added to that. So basically a mess of disorganized email since theyre both of their messages all in the same inbox.

Anyone know how to not let this happen so that each time its only the logged in users' messages?

If you're using outlook, you need to made different Identities, and attach only each email, to each identity... I'm sure it's the same for other email programs as well.

have them use webmail.shaw.ca

They are different identities, have each username/password entered when opening the program...but all the messages just stay no matter which of the accounts its from.
