FS: Cheap SiR wheels w/o tires

I have a set of 4 99-00 Civic SiR wheels for sale. They have Nokian WR tires mounted but 2 are ~30% and 2 are done. One of the wheels has some moderate to severe rash and the other 3 are fine.
