Hey Guys,

a friend recently purchased a Pioneer Avic-D3 headunit, but the box was missing the navigation discs, does anyone know where I might find a torrent or website to download and burn them? I know a buddy did it before, but I can't find anywhere hosting it. Any ideas?

Thank-yee

Why doesn't he just goto Pioneer and ask for new ones. If he purchased it and the CD's aren't there isn't it their fault that they are missing...

It was open box, so the product was discounted because of them being missing. Pioneer wants $150 for the discs, which is fucking ridiculous.

Try the CNDV-70MTP East & West discs.

Or for a sure-fire way, buy the Avic-D3 from FutureShop, copy the DVD's then bring it back.

Felt like it was a good deal.

This was last week.

You have to use the discs every time you want to use the GPS. You cant load them and then use it all the time.

hard to believe no beyonders are willing to come by and let you copy their disks... would take half an hour... enough time for a couple of beers.
