Podiatrist / Foot Doctor recommendations

I have fallen arches / flat feet and need to have some orthotics made. Does anyone have any recommendations for some good doctors?

Also, does anyone know if the consultations are covered by heatlth insurance? I know that the actual orthotic is covered, but not sure about the doctor fees.

I think you need to get a recommendation from your family doctor, but I got my orthodics done by Dr. Ian Russell and he's located in the Dalhousie shopping centre. I believe the insurance covers $250, but that all depends on your company's coverage. I got this done a few years ago, so I'm not sure if he's still there. A really good doctor and I also got foot surgery done by him.
