pioneer deck, MB quartz speakers.
new heater core and thermostat approx 5,000kms ago. currently its an 88 degree t-stat.. gives me better heat and gas mileage in the winter. i have a regular 82 degree t-stat i can include also if you want to switch back
oil changed every 3-5000kms with mobil 1 and OEM filter (last 2 changes have been regular dino oil though)
mechanically the car is solid. never left me stranded anywhere. all maintence was always done whenever needed. fluid changes, greasing ball joints etc.
interior is in good shape, needs a good vacuum and cleaning though
the bad:
tail lights leak when it rains hard, new seals are cheap and easy to install, i had a set and lost them in my garage somewhere, so havent got around to changing it.
rust starting on the rear wheel arches, top of the windshield, sunroof, and the top of hatch right below the washer fluid nozzle.
starter sticks when its cold (car starts fine, but the starter doesnt disengage right away after it starts and makes some gross noises for half a second or so. i drove it this way all last winter and it still started everytime, however i think you would want to replace this before next winter. have another starter that came off my 100k JDM levin which will be included in sale.
windshield is cracked, but the crack doesnt run in the drivers field of view, so i never bothered to replace it
car also comes with a set of stock snowflakes with winter tires on them. tires have about 80% tread left, they are kuhmo kw17s i think.. maybe kw19s though i cant remember 100%.. its the non-studded version.
also comes with an insurance inspection, had one done for a buyer who then backed out. but i still have the inspection sheet, so that saves you 80 bucks on an inspection.
i also have some spare parts that can go with the car if you want them. i dont remember exactly what all i have but heres what i can remember off the top of my head:
radiator

gas tank

left side strut housing
rear 4-links
sway bars
set of snowflake wheels
