Maaco, cheap but not decent.
If you want decent you need to pay, if you want cheap you'll get results.

Give Dan a call at Screaming Paintworks, he did my car and does excellent work. I had a bunch of body work done as well so I can't say what I paid for just painting.

Screamin is great, but I suspect it will be more than 2g no matter what option you choose.
Maaco will give you their best service for under 2g I think, but as has already been said, don't expect the best in the world. If you do proper prepping, that will go a long way to a reasonable paint job.

Try U-wrench. You can either rent the booth and do it yourself or get the painter there to do it. My friend got them to paint his sil-40 there and it turned out pretty good for $2000.

Can someone point me to a superbly quality body shop, that has time to get a car in for paint in early sept?
