what do you guys do for working out your core?

I do a core day to relax every 3rd day in between my weight training. What I usually do on that day includes:

1. Run on treadmill for 20 mins at speed 6.5-7
2. 30 push ups
3. 25 upside down sit ups
4. 25 close grip pull ups
5. 20 wide grip pull ups
6. 20-30 dips

I repeat steps 2-6 3 more times (total of 4 sets)

7. Run on treadmill for 10 mins at speed 6.5-7

Other days I'll just run for 30 mins and do Power Yoga.

You get more core recruitment in power lifts that require core stability than you do ammering through sit ups.

Overhead Squat
Back Squat
Deadlift

Isolation exefcises generally arent that useful

Try crossfit for 2 months ...

hmmm

i like doing chinups
i have to do close grip with my hands positioned so that my thumbs would point out towards my chest

i can't do it with my arms spread like wings to the side cuz of an injury

now when i do these chinups, how should i position my legs?
