Chestermere - Calgary bike paths

How do you get from Calgary to Chestermere by bike path?

I know theyre connected and cant figure out where you take the path out of Calgary to get to Chestermere? Any help?

Follow the WID (Western Irrigation District) Canal, there's a paved bike path that follows in line with it.

Where are you riding from? I've done the ride several times from the north end of the city. It's a great path because it's flat and straight but nothing much for scenery.
Basically you need to get to the 50th Ave SE Bridge from the pathway, cross over it and that takes you right onto the path all the way out to Chestermere.
