where to purchase refurbished cell phone

There was a website that sold refurbished cell phones in Canada. Something like recellular but for Canada.

You could search by your provider and purchase a phone that way.

Anyone know what it is called?

I just remember this website when I was selling my HTC touch where you can find your provider (canadian only, based out of edmonton I think....) and they show which cellphones they have in stock.

I remember the touch was so new then that they didnt have it on the site yet.
